The Semper Altius School Network is owned by the Regnum Christi Movement (formed by the Roman Catholic Religious Congregation of the Legionaries of Christ, consecrated men and women, and lay people). As part of the network, we work closely with the headquarters team of the central office. They are constantly doing research to meet the needs of each of the sixty schools nationwide. Each section of the school has a leader from the central office to supervise the implementation of our educational model applied to the reality of our school. The Semper Altius School Network in Mexico is divided in four regions. We are part of the Region 4 and guided by a regional director and a team that gives advisory in each of the following areas:
– Head of school advisory (Kilimanjaro Pk to ninth)
– Head of school advisory (High School 10th to 12th)
– Pastoral and Christian leadership
– Safety environments for child protection
– Academic (Preschool)
– Academic (Elementary)
– Academic (Middle School)
– Academic (High School)
– Technology
– Enrollment, marketing, and communication
– Psychology and special needs
– Sports
– Re enrollment loyalty program
– Legal affairs
– Administration and finances
– Human resources
– Facilities and architectural development
It is important to mention that the team from the central office is considered our governing authority. It is significant to consider this when overseeing our evidence in our continuous improvement road for this certification.
Our school is divided into Kilimanjaro (PK to 9th) and Prepa Anáhuac (10th to 12th). And may seem as two different institutions. In some cities of the country our network has schools with two autonomous institutions in one campus with two directors. For our reality and number of students (715), we are one institution led by one head of school, Dr. Venancio Sánchez. For focus, efficiency and marketing matters our school network for the moment fosters us to have these two distinct brands led by one director and one team.
